Private and Group Yoga Classes in Beaconsfield & Seer Green

Sarah Martini teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow; a fluid, flowing yoga connecting movement with breath. Classes can be dynamic and challenging, or gentle and slow. Focus is on moving and breathing through a sequence of asanas to stretch, strengthen and align body and mind; relax, and ultimately to connect and harmonise the body, mind and self.

All classes combine stretch, strength and relaxation and offer varying proportions of each. Modifications and developments are offered to accommodate different levels of ability and experience.

Please bring a mat, an open mind and a playful attitude :)

Gentle Flow - A slower paced flow with emphasis on core, stretch and breath. Open level & suitable for beginners.

Smooth Flow- A steady paced flow with strength, stretch, pranayama & relaxation. Open level & suitable for beginners.

Steady Flow- Vinyasa flow with equal measures of strength, stretch and relaxation. Knowledge of sun salutations beneficial but not essential. Suitable for some beginners new to yoga but already active.

Strong Flow-  Greater emphasis on strength, stamina, core and balance, with optional more intermediate/advanced asanas included. Knowledge of Sun Salutations advisable.

Super Flow- For experienced Yogis. Intermediate, fast paced and challenging. Includes various arm balances and inversions. Knowledge of sun salutations and minimum six months consistent practice essential. Fun and sweaty.
